We inspect the covering, penetrations, joints and gutters. Maintenance can be carried out in spring and autumn.
Roof cleaning
We remove moss, dirt and organic debris using a method suitable for the covering.
Roof painting
After inspecting and preparing the surface, we paint suitable metal, tile and fibre cement roofs.

When should a roof be maintained?
We recommend checking the roof at least in spring and autumn. Where leaves or debris accumulate, cleaning may be needed more often. We can agree a regular maintenance plan with housing associations and businesses, and use a lift to reach difficult areas.
Cleaning and painting start with an inspection
Before cleaning or painting, we assess the covering, access and whether painting will give a lasting result. We agree any repairs and sealing before finishing. Price depends on the material, condition and scope.
We can also clean and paint facades and fences. We agree the scope and price of these jobs separately.
